Affordable 2 Bedroom house design 002 : The functional home.

I consider this two bedroom home as one of the most functional and affordable home designs. Despite having an open concept plan, this home allows for a clear separation between the living area, dining area and the Kitchen. It also allows for a simple roof if or a more complex roof where required.

The master bedroom is well positioned next to the entrance and therefore allows for one to monitor the entrance offering security. If you like the morning sun, this would be a good side to face the rising sun (East). The master bedroom is also ensuite which is a treat for this home.

The common bathroom is well hidden from the dining area but still accessible by all. Another favourite feature for me with this plan is the ability to have a store/pantry, well placed next to the Kitchen.
